"It appeared that the deceased had little else to do than to assist Mrs. Smyth's 7 or 8 other servants to do nothing, her work could have done her little harm. Dr. Robertson deposed that the deceased was of a very plethoric and sanguineous habit and doubtless died of apoplexy". Verdict accordingly
